Our service and office hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am till 5pm.

Wear comfortable fitting clothes for after the massage, even a robe is suitable for taking on and off.

 

Will I be covered during a massage?

Yes, you will be draped with a sheet or towel throughout the massage, only area being worked on will be exposed, all therapists are qualified and experienced in the art of draping correctly.

 

Can I extend my treatment?

Extending your treatment may be possible if the therapists schedule allows it. Its best to request an extension in advance.

 

How will I feel after a massage?

You may feel relaxed and rejuvenated, or slightly tired. Some people might experience mild soreness, which should subside within a day or two.

 

Do massages include foot, face and scalp massage?

This depends on the type of massage and your preferences. You can discuss this with your therapist which areas you would like to include before the massage starts.

 

Is it safe to get a pregnancy massage?

Yes, it's generally safe to receive a pregnancy massage from a therapist trained in prenatal massage. Always consult with your health care provider, and it can only be after the first trimester.
